My form, my flexibility and mobility are at a place that I am exceptionally happy about and I can categorically state that it is due to Jamie. She is an excellent, humble coach who gives me so much. She texts all the time, we have shared Apple Notes for workout tracking, body composition tracking etc. Jamie has worked wonders for me and indeed has become a friend since we started working together. I would 100% recommend her to all my friends and family and implore you to consider working with her.

Her knowledge of anatomy makes her quick to correct your technique or help you recover from a prior injury.
Over the years she’s become the voice in my head motivating me to work out when I’m on my own and encouraging me to finish that last rep while to keep the proper technique.
Jamie’s the girl to motivate, push, and inspire you! She has an uncanny ability to push you further than you imagined possible with a smile and “no pressure” kind of attitude. I’ve never been stronger, healthier, and happier than I am today. I’ve improved my mobility and hit many lifting PRs with her.

I never have backaches anymore, never have anything thrown out, because Jamie drilled into me proper technique on how to keep my spine safe while bearing heavy loads. This has been invaluable, the savings on doctor's bills alone is worth it, plus the self-confidence of being able to function like I did 20 years ago, or better.
I’m hoping to build on this basic core and be able to add more weight, get more buff, etc. but the most important thing was Jamie's professionalism and diligence in coaching me clearly on the basics and having the patience to see it through.
It’s been a small investment considering the long-term health benefit. Needless to say as you’ll see in her other reviews, Jamie is super professional, cool, nice, chill and motivational at the same time.

Beyond that, she also takes the time to send personalized workouts throughout the week and checks in with me on my nutrition. Jamie makes waking up in the morning to train more fun. She’s honest, cool, and has become a genuine friend. Since we started a year ago, she’s made me stronger, healthier, and happier. She's the best!

I've never been athletic, and I've struggled to develop a consistent workout routine. Jamie met me where I was and developed workouts specifically designed to meet my needs. She pushes me hard, observing closely and asking questions to make sure that she's challenging me appropriately. But she also listens to me and modifies routines as necessary when something isn't working. Most importantly, she is extremely positive and encouraging, which makes it easier to push through challenging workouts. I never liked working out before, and I've never had a workout routine that has lasted this long. I've also never been this strong or fit before, and I know that my strength and fitness levels will continue to improve significantly as we work together more. Because of Jamie, I now enjoy working out. I'm so grateful to have Jamie by my side as I continue my fitness journey!

When I started training with Jamie almost a year and a half ago (since June 2019), I had gained a lot of weight after recovering from a car accident and my fitness and confidence were both very low. Working out with her has changed my life for the better in so many ways. She is not a one-size-fits all trainer who runs you through a list of common exercises, nor is she a drill sergeant. She takes the time to evaluate every client’s health, strengths and weaknesses and develops an individual workout plan. While going through the reps of an exercise, Jamie will closely observe you, taking note of any tightness or weakness that should be focused on and keeping any possible injuries you may have in mind. She is complimentary, uplifting, kind and encouraging throughout every session. Since I’ve been working out with Jamie, I am stronger and more confident than I have ever been in my life. I am amazed at some of the exercises I can do now that I never would have thought would be possible. On top of all that Jamie is simply adorable, funny and a pleasure to be around.

I've been training with Jamie since February 2019. Initially, I wasn't sure I wanted to make such a big investment in personal training, but I am SO GLAD I did. Jamie is really focused on creating a tailored program that aligns to my personal fitness goals. When I started, I was doing a lot of activity on my own, but I wanted to improve my mobility and functional fitness. Since I started training with Jamie, I've achieved a 165 lb deadlift PR, reached new depths in my squats, and greatly improved my shoulder mobility. Overall, I'm stronger and have greater awareness of my body's movements. Since I started, Jamie has also become a personal friend, and training with her is one of the best investments I've made in myself.

She demonstrates the correct form and uses analogies and descriptions that help virtual training feel more like I'm in person with her. A few years later, when I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to continue training throughout my pregnancy and fully trusted Jamie because she's prenatal and postnatal certified. With her help, I didn't experience any lower back pain during my pregnancy and pushed my baby out in 18 minutes due to the strengthening exercises we did together to prepare me for labor. Jamie has been part of several milestones in my life and I look forward to continuing training with her to get stronger and more functionally mobile.
