All services begin with a phone consultation to learn about the client's medical history, goals, needs, injuries, and lifestyle. If we are a good fit, we'll proceed and do a virtual movement screening to learn about the client's mobility and movement patterns. With all the gathered data, I'll design a customized personal training program for the client and we'll follow them together on a weekly basis. Below is a few different options for training.
Virtual training is most suitable for clients at all levels who prefer to train live 1:1 from home/gym/office/etc. and/or travel often. Based on your assessment, I will design a customized personal training program to meet your goals and needs. During our 55-min virtual sessions, I will provide you with equipment advice as needed, ensure proper movement to improve your strength and mobility, and guide you through other needs outside of training for optimal results. Weekly rates are as follows:
In-person training is most suitable for clients at all levels who prefer to train in New York City. The preferred space can be your home, gym, etc. I can also recommend options to accommodate your needs. Based on your assessment, I will design a customized personal training program to meet your goals and needs and we will work on them together during our 55-min sessions. I will be accessible outside our sessions as well to optimize your training. Weekly rates varies depending on distance:
Online coaching is for intermediate and advanced clients who prefers to train on their own schedule. There will be Zoom check-ins as needed to ensure proper movement and have any questions answered. Based on your assessment, I will design a customized personal training program to meet your goals and needs. Your program will be sent to you on a weekly basis so you can complete them at your convenience. The rates vary depending on workout frequency (minimum 2 workouts weekly) and are as follows:
